Track Your Food!

Beverly has created a food log for you!

Tracking what and when you eat is important to build healthy habits. If you are looking to lose weight, gain muscle, or increase vitamins and mineral intake you must track what you are putting in your body! It will be easier to see where the gaps in your nutrition are and how we can help you fill those gaps. If you need ideas or help with how to get a certain nutrient please ask Bev at the email below!

Once you track your food intake for a few days please send us your food logs via email (you can take a picture and send it in the email if you'd like). Bev will take a look at it and offer some tips and answer any questions you have!

If you have any questions please email support@osteofitness.com
