Osteofitness Classes FAQ

We would like to thank everyone for their patience with us over the last few months. We have all been navigating the changes of Osteofitness together. Beverley and her team are trying to make the transitions as smooth as possible for everyone. If you have any questions, comments, or concerns please email support@osteofitness.com

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS UPDATED VERSION

1: How do payments work?
Osteofitness classes start the Tuesday or Thursday after your payment date. If you purchase the monthly subscription on June 14th, your payment will go out on the 14th of each month.

2: Are the payments automatic?
Yes the payments are automatic.

3: Can I stop payments?
You can stop payments at any time, but we will honor a full month for the month you have paid for.

Only YOU have the power to PAUSE your subscription. Beverley's support team can only CANCEL the subscription. If you ask for your subscription to be paused please know it will actually be CANCELED and you will need to purchase the package again.

4: When do my monthly sessions start?
Classes start the Tuesday or Thursday after your payment date.

5: What is the *Must take classes for a minimum of three months* mean?
Once you purchase the Osteofitness subscription you must pay for the program for at least three months. This is based on the evidence that working out at least twice a week leads to physical and mental changes that can be seen. Anything less than twice a week for less than three months has been seen to show little to no results.

6: How often am I billed?
You will be billed MONTHLY by Kit.

7: What happens if I need to go on vacation?
Osteofitness is not a pay as you go class. The subscription works similar to a gym, netflix, or amazon subscription. If you choose not to go to class, it does NOT roll over. You are not paying per class, you are paying for the month of classes. We have many zoom and online video options if you need to go on vacation. If you know you are going on vacation you can pause your membership.

8: What happens if I have an injury?
Exercise is important for increases in bone density and for muscle growth. If you have an injury please email the support email or Beverley. We can adjust the exercises for you. Osteofitness is meant to help prevent injury, but also help you rehabilitate during and after injury. Not exercising after injury or pain leads to unhealthy habits, slower recovery, slower muscle growth, and slower bone density increase. We will always accommodate changes for an injury or pain!

9: I have a friend that is interested in Osteofitness, how can I get them started?
We have a free trial session for newcomers! Friends and family can come to the in person class or zoom class for free and try the class out! They just need to fill out a waiver!
