What is arthritis? Arthritis is inflammation of the joints that can cause pain, swelling, and redness at a joint location. There are many types of arthritis and each can come with its own symptoms. Each type of arthritis also comes with various forms of risk factors and treatments.

In Beverley's Arthritis workshop she goes over preventions, treatments, anti inflammatory foods, and exercises that can help with arthritis pains.
