Osteofitness FAQ

1: How do payments work?
​If you have already paid, your session will start on January 20th and end on February 19th. The next cycle starts on February 20th. For payments that are before January 20th, if you choose to cancel your subscription in the future, we will honor you sessions until the 20th of that month.

If you are a new member that subscribes (for example) on March 7th, your monthly sessions are from the date of payment and run for one month (until April 6th).

If you have purchased an Osteofitness package from the past (a 16 class pack) we will honor the 16 classes. After the 16 classes only the monthly subscriptions will be available.

2: Are the payments automatic?
​Yes the payments are automatic.

3: Can I stop payments?
​You can stop payments at any time, but we will honor a full month for the month you have paid for.

4: When do my monthly sessions start?
​If the monthly pack was bought before January 20th you will have classes until the 20th of each month, but payments will go out on the date that you had made the first purchase. If you purchase the monthly subscription after the 20th of January, you sessions begin on that date.

5: How often am I billed?
​You will be billed monthly by Kit.

6: What happens if there is a snow day or a holiday?
​If there is inclement weather the class will be moved to zoom. If there is a holiday, zoom and in person classes will be moved to make sure that there are at least 2 classes a week in person and on zoom. If no in person class is available, all classes will move to zoom.
